SCRUNCHIES/PONYOS

To care for your Tangled Scrunchie, wash it in lukewarm water with mild shampoo and conditioner. It is best to use hair care products specifically adapted for hair extensions to achieve optimal results. Be aware that some hair products contain harsh chemicals that can damage both the hair extensions and your natural hair.

TAPE LOOSE HAIR

When it comes to Tape In Extensions, I recommend using customized hair care products designed for hair extensions. Important to keep in mind is to avoid applying conditioner directly to the attachments, as this can cause the tape parts to come off.

The Scrunchie is indeed the perfect choice for you!

All you need is to be able to get your hair up into a small knot. The Scrunchie works best when it has some hair to attach to, but if you don't have enough hair for a full knot, you can easily fix this with a few hairpins to keep it in place all day.

If you can't manage to get all your hair up in a knot, try putting up just half. Let the rest of the hair hang down nicely. We have a review on our product page where a customer shows off this particular look - take a look and get inspired!

No, you don't need to do anything extra - it comes pre-styled and ready to use!

If you want a more playful and mischievous look, you can ruffle it a bit. On the other hand, if you want a more elegant and stylish hairstyle, just brush it to soften the look.

It's really easy!

First, put your own hair up in as small a knot as possible.

Then thread the Scrunchie over your own knot, 2 turns if possible.

Then fluff it so that your own hair is covered by the scrunchie.

If you have very thin hair, you may want to use some hairpins to ensure that the scrunchie stays in place.

The hair tassel is made of high quality synthetic hair, therefore I recommend not to use heat on it as it can damage your scrunchie.

With our real hair extensions it is perfectly fine, however, remember to use heat protection to keep them healthy and shiny longer.

Scrunchie & Ponyo

No, I would not recommend doing any chemical treatments on your scrunchie.

However, there are hair mascara and the like that can give some color changes, and it works just fine!

Tape in Extensions

Absolutely! Since it's 100% real hair, you can color it just like you do with your regular hair. I would recommend you to go to a hair salon for your color treatment.

Then you can take your hair extensions to the hairdresser and get help to get the right color!

It can take up to 30 minutes to receive your order confirmation. Please check your spam folder if it has been more than 30 minutes and you still haven't received it.

Once your order is packed in the warehouse, we will send you a delivery confirmation, which includes a tracking link. With this link, you can easily follow the journey of your parcel. Please note that for standard deliveries, it may take up to 48 hours before the tracking information becomes available.

If your delivery is delayed and the stated delivery time has passed without you having received your parcel, this may be the result of temporary delays by the shipping company.

We ask you to wait another 3-5 working days and regularly check your package tracking for updates. If your package has still not arrived after these days, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

You have a 30-day return period on your order. If the product does not meet your expectations, or if you regret your purchase for any reason, you have the option to return it.

For your return to be accepted, it is important to follow these rules:
As hair extensions are considered a hygiene item, they must not be attached to the hair if you intend to make a return.
The product must be in its original condition - untested, odorless and repacked in its original packaging with all accessories.

Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, hair extensions cannot be tried directly in the hair. This ensures that the product can be resold in its original condition to another customer.

The first step is to contact us to register your return. You can easily do this by sending us an email via the contact form on our website or directly to info@tangledsweden.com.

Once we have received your request, we will send you a detailed description via email on how to proceed to return your package.

If you choose to use a self-return label, make sure to send your package as a trackable parcel.

This is important because we can't take responsibility for packages that go missing when a self-return label is used. This way you ensure that the return reaches us and can be handled correctly.

The return shipping price varies depending on the current rates we have with the transportation company. You can see the current price in the returns portal when you register your return.
We offer trackable shipping through our contracts, which is usually cheaper than if you were to buy the shipping yourself.

If you choose to use your own shipping label for your return, you will be responsible for the package reaching us. We therefore recommend that you send the package traceable.

We do not offer the possibility to exchange products. Instead, we recommend that you return the current product and place a new order for the item you want instead.
