Shipping Details and Process Overview

Orders made between Monday and Friday before 10 am CET will be dispatched within 48 hours from our EU-based warehouses. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@tangledsweden.com.

All shipments are prepared and dispatched from Rosersberg, Sweden, Monday to Friday (note: couriers do not operate on weekends).

Here’s a breakdown of our shipping process:

1. Customer places an order.
2. The order is packed by our 3PL team on weekdays, using a first-in, first-out method.
3. Packages are organized according to the assigned transporter in the warehouse.
4. The transport company collects the packages (once per day).
5. The transport company delivers your package to the nearest terminal, where it is first scanned.
6. Your package is in transit.
7. Your package is delivered.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been processed, including a tracking link (for orders shipped via UPS, Bring, DB Schenker, DHL). Please allow up to 36 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

It can take up to 30 minutes to receive your order confirmation. If more than 30 minutes have passed and you still haven't received it, please check your spam folder.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes if the order has already been shipped.

You can return any unused items within 14 days of receipt.

To have your return approved, please follow these guidelines:

• Since hair extensions are considered a hygiene product, they must not be applied to your hair if you intend to return them.
• The product must be in its original condition—untested, odor-free, and carefully repackaged in its original packaging with all accessories included.
• Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, hair extensions cannot be tried on directly in your hair. This ensures that the product can be resold in its original condition to another customer.

Free gifts and gift cards cannot be returned. Shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties are non-refundable.
